The development itself located at Colpe Cross on Drogheda's Dublin Road will be the "mega" in the shopping world and the development boasts of 900 car parking spaces at ground level. It will be anchored with a 45,000 sq. ft. anchor store together with over 20 convenient shops, pubs, restaurants and state of the art leisure facilities also 50,000 sq. ft. of office space. 

It is envisaged the centre will open mid November 2008. A formal announcement of the main anchor tenant is expected within the next few weeks.
